Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Klinik Vistara Healthcare accepts walk-in patients throughout opening hours. If you would rather
not
wait, send a WhatsApp to +60 18-2155266 and we will hold a slot for you. Walk-ins with fever, injury
or acute pain are always seen the same day.
Which insurance panels and corporate schemes do you accept?
We are a panel clinic for a wide range of third-party administrators and employer schemes,
including
PMCare, MedKad, Mednefits, HealthMetrics, MiCare, Medilink Global and others, along with FOMEMA,
PeKa
B40 and Perubatan Madani. Bring your card or employee details and our front desk will verify
coverage
before your consultation.
Do you provide FOMEMA medical examinations?
Yes. We are a registered FOMEMA clinic and carry out the required medical examination for foreign
worker permit renewal. Bring the worker’s passport and permit details. Results are submitted
through the FOMEMA system.
What does the health screening package include?
The Ultimate Comprehensive Health Screening covers full blood count, renal and liver profile,
fasting
blood sugar, lipid profile, urine FEME, HbA1c, tumour markers, thyroid function, infectious disease
screening, vitamin B12, hormones, blood group and additional markers such as hsCRP, H. pylori and
rheumatoid factor. The men’s package is RM320 and the women’s package is RM370 at the
current promotional rate.
Do I need to fast before a health screening?
Yes. Fasting blood sugar and the lipid profile need 8 to 10 hours of fasting, so book a morning
slot
and take only plain water beforehand. Continue your regular medication unless the doctor has told
you
otherwise.
Can you arrange an X-ray or ultrasound?
We arrange X-ray, ultrasound, Doppler ultrasound, mammography, fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided
procedures through external diagnostic imaging partners when they are clinically indicated. The
doctor
will explain why a scan is needed and what it will show before referring you.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We provide paediatric primary care including common childhood illnesses, fever, cough and
cold,
growth review and childhood immunisation. Bring your child’s health record book so we can
update
the vaccination schedule.
What corporate healthcare services do you offer employers?
We provide panel clinic services, employee health screening, pre-employment medical assessment,
occupational health support, FOMEMA examinations and custom corporate healthcare packages. Companies
across Klang and the Klang Valley use us as their appointed clinic. Contact us to discuss a package.
Do you offer treatment for knee and joint pain?
Yes. Joint and musculoskeletal pain is assessed in clinic, and intra-articular injection therapy is
available where it is clinically indicated and you are suitable for it. The doctor examines the
joint
first and will tell you honestly whether an injection is the right step, or whether something
simpler
will do.

road. Designated parking bays are available for patients, making it convenient to park when visiting
